Currently we are looking for a Camp welfare Manager for major Oil and Gas site in Malaysia.
- Management and development of multi-national remote sites with a proven track record of strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Project management for both construction and oil & gas industries in remote sites
- General experience in camp management is required.
Experience required but not limited to as per below:-
- Project management of preopening plan for standard operating systems including unique welfare program for employees in line with local government regulations.
- Responsible for Health & Safety within the Camp whilst part of HSE group.
- Mobilisation of the camp which included separate contractor camps and shared recreation facilities.
- Head up operations team to supervise, monitor and lead sub- contractors responsible for catering, housekeeping, utilities and maintenance.
- Recruitment and built up an award-winning welfare team to provide support to all nationalities in the camp.
- Create comprehensive sports and recreation program for all workers within the camp with an average of 30 different activities each day which raised morale and assisted in the successful completion of the project.
