JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE SYNOPSIS
The Service Performance Analyst is responsible for the day to day management and ongoing development and updates of the organization’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall reporting processes for assigned GBS areas. This position draws upon data provided by the Operations teams to perform analyses, create content, and coordinate the production of the GBS’s monthly and quarterly performance reports for assigned areas. This position is also expected to proactively work with the line supervisor to identify and propose additional analyses or reporting that add value in the operations and performance of the GBS.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop, implement and manage all key performance indicators (KPIs), collation process and reporting capabilities for assigned operational areas.
- Maintain PPI database and linkage to other dashboards including preparation of database for monthly submission
- Consolidate and publish respective reports and content for various governance meetingsPerform analysis of GBS business performance data for assigned operational areas.
- Work with line supervisor to identify and propose additional analyses or reporting that add value in the operations and performance of the GBS.
- Undertake monthly, quarterly and ad hoc detailed performance analysis and reporting to the GBS Asia Leadership Team through the Business Management Director.
- Support the preparation for governance meetings e.g. SRF, ORM and OGM.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in a relevant general and/or financial accounting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform analysis.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA & QUALIFICATIONS
- Recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Shared service centre experience.
- Oil and gas industry experience.
