JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle before & after sales enquiries received from customers & local business partners via e-mails & phone.
- Process & Communicate with customer on Order confirmation, product availability & pricing.
- Ensure proper maintenance of customer record, monthly sales proposals & pricing master data. Update Sales/Quotation report monthly.
- Sales Coordinator is required to review MRO enquiries received from LBP’s / Customers & submit error free techno-commercial proposal within the deadline as per instructions from Sales.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Monitor & communicate with warehouse on inventory holding & re-order of factory when the inventories are low.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Build & nurture business relationships with prospects & key customers.
- Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Sales Manager.
- Virgo uses ERP LN portal for Order booking, issue Purchase orders & various other functions.
- Candidate will be offered training to use ERP LN portal.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in sales (minimum 2-3 years). Experience must be in Oil & Gas industry or related fields.
- Good at computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
- Proficiency in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Ensure adherence of laws & company policies.
