Requirement:-
Education
Degree in Engineering/construction/business or related field or equivalent combinations of technical training or experience
Experience
• At least 10 years' experience in planning.
• Experience in management role
• A solid knowledge of planning systems in EPCIC required.
• A solid background in the offshore oil and gas industry preferred.
Additional
• Must have working experience with relevant planning specialist software such as Primavera.
• Working knowledge of MS Office including MS Project
Basic Functions
Manages fulfillment of planning functional requirements on a project or within a department.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Works under the direction of the Project Controls Manager or Project Manager and assists Project and Task Managers and leads preparation of schedules in their areas of responsibility.
• Coordinates, reviews, and prepares the plans and schedules for new or existing projects.
• Incorporates performance measurement requirements into project and function schedules.
• Provides earned value reporting and performance measurements.
• Provides man-hour and manpower figures and trends for cost analysis, including impact assessment of delays through project phases.
• Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments and work requirements.
• Assists in development and implementation of project planning procedures appropriate for the project, which are in compliance with company and client requirements.
• Ensures that Project Controls deliverables are satisfied and Project Control Systems and procedures are implemented.
