Inspection Crew

We are looking for below Crew Personnel.

Details as per below:

1. NDT Insepction Saturation Divers - (6pax)

shall be a qualified diver as detailed in Section 4.0 above, and have experience and training in NDT and underwater inspection.shall hold NDT inspection qualifications in accordance with the certification Schemes for Welding Inspection Personnel (CSWIP)  or ASNT for Malaysian diver only

OR

Equivalent  certifications in the following underwater non-destructive testing and inspection techniques for shallow or deep waterMagnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)Ultrasonic Wall Thickness Measurement (UT)
Cathodic Protection Potential Measurement (CP)Visual and Photogrpahic Inspection (GVI,CVI,Video Inspection)

2. System Technician (Saturation) - (6pax)

Shall hold formal training certification in mechanical, hydraulic or electric engineering relevant to the position held.should possess an updated technician log book.shall have minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical, hydraulics or electrical in a similar capacity in underwater operation projects.a valid First Aid certificate, including Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) from a training provider recognised by company. a valid First Aid certificate in the use of Automated External Defibrillator (AED) from a training provider recognised by company.

3. ACFM Engineer - (6 pax)

Shall posses a degree in relevant engineering course from a recognised tertiary institution and have at least 5 years experience in underwater inspection related company.

4. CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector - (4pax)

shall possess CSWIP 3.1 certificate or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years working experience in similar capacity with any inspection services company.

5. Pipe Fitter - (10pax)

shall have a minimum a City and Guides level ceruification and/ or Trade certificate or equivalent. The person shall be skilled with at least 5 years offshore working experience as a Pipe Fitter with an Offshore Services Company.

6. Scaffolding Inspector - (6 pax)

Shall posses Rigging and Slinging certificates from a recognized rigging training course as below from a recognised Scaffolder Trainng Centre for Scaffolders. shall have at least 5 years experience in the offshore construction industry in rigging and scaffolding.

7. UT Technician - (6 pax)

shall be fully trained with at least 5 yaers working experience. UT Technician shall posses relevant training certificates in all aspect of UT inspection techniques and able to interpret the finding.

8. MPI Technician (6pax)

shall be fully trained with at least 5 yaers working experience. MPI Technician shall posses relevant training certificates in all aspect of UMPI inspection techniques and able to interpret the finding.

9. Radiographer - (6 pax)

The person shall be licensed by Atomic Energy Licensing Board and hold recognised valid qualifications such as Level II with CSWIP Radiographic interpreter grade or National Vocational Training Council of Malaysia intermediate grade in radiography.
