Responsibilities:
To assist in the planning of purchase and shipments for trade item.
To maintain record on status of all orders.
Any other duties that may arise from time to time.
Liaison between marketing department, logistics department, suppliers and others such as Custom on all materials issue.
Responsible on evaluating and maintaining quality supplier performance in respect of purchase of material
Undertaken duties or project that deem necessary.
Updating of Purchasing Manual and supplier database constantly, with a view to consolidation of company suppliers.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification STPM, Diploma or others equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience
Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Knowledge in inventory control, JDE system, supplier evaluation and selection is an added advantage.
